Functional & Nutritional Benefits:

💪 Hormone Support

  • Avocado + tahini + hemp seeds provide healthy fats and key micronutrients (magnesium, zinc, vitamin E) to support hormone production and balance.

  • Quinoa and chicken offer high-quality protein to stabilize blood sugar and support detoxification pathways essential for hormone metabolism.

  • Sweet potato is rich in beta-carotene, a precursor to vitamin A, which helps support progesterone production.

🦠 Gut Health

  • Sauerkraut or kimchi provides live probiotic cultures that feed your gut microbiome and enhance digestion.

  • Quinoa + sweet potato offer prebiotic fibers that help nourish beneficial gut bacteria.

  • Microgreens (especially mustard and cress) stimulate digestive enzymes and bile flow, easing bloating and supporting nutrient absorption.

🛡️ Immune Function

  • Broccoli, red cabbage, and mustard microgreens are rich in sulforaphane and vitamin C, supporting antioxidant defense and immune cell activity.

  • Zinc (from hemp and pumpkin seeds) plays a vital role in immune resilience.

  • Lemon juice + garlic powder (if added to dressing) offer antimicrobial benefits.
